Trade Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales.  This role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve company sales targets and business goals.
• Collaborate with retail, sales and marketing teams to create and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Mange A&P budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Execute NPD launches, trade programs and events as required for maximum distribution and customer engagement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
• Recommend pricing strategies based on price surveys on similar products in the market.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and promotions providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to the Management.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery of promotional events.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support the business goals for the Company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Sales related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience is trade marketing, sales preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
