Job Summary:
- Company background: Oil & Gas MNC
- Working location: CBD/Suntec
- Working days & hrs: 5 days (Monday to Friday) / 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Salary Range: up to S$4500 (dep to exp)
- Period : Contract till end of 2024
Job Scope:
- Trade validation in CTRM
- Reconciling of trades across systems
- Tracking of invoices, settlements, AP/AR reporting and be involved in systems testing.
- Handling physical Oil/LNG/Shipping trade settlements in a timely and accurate manner, including contract terms review, due date control and raising payment and invoices in both CTRM system and SAP
- Reviewing the trade contracts and service agreements for settlement purposes
- Price confirmation with counterparties and billing/invoicing of sales both provisional and final invoices
- Ensuring incoming & outgoing funds receipt or payment are valued on time, calculating interest for delayed receipts as per contractual terms and AR ageing follow-up
- Process secondary costs which includes additional cost such as freight, insurance, inspections, demurrage's
- Liaise with traders and operators to resolve disputes and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Carrying out with the procedure/process implemented in CTRM, SAP and other network system and assist in month-end reconciliation
