Trading Operations Specialist

How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to stay on top of market trends, regulatory requirements, and system updates. You'll work closely with our traders to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify risks, and develop creative solutions will be essential to driving success in this role.

What you do
- Monitor and manage trade execution, settlement, and confirmation processes
- Identify and resolve trade discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations
- Collaborate with traders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties, such as brokers and custodians
- Analyze trade data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize trading operations

Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration
- At least 2-3 years of experience in trading operations, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with traders, sales teams, and other stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
