Job Description:

• Assist on the day-to-day operation of cinema including managing staff, inventory & supplies.
• Ensure & maintain high standards of service, product quality and cleanliness of Cinema.
• Ensure that the facility & equipment are maintained to company’s standards.
• Adhere with the Company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conducting training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
• Ensuring that staff adopt proper procedures in projection, concession, floor or ticket sales duties
• Maintaining work discipline and report any staff misconduct to superior, to report/feedback to Manager for any course of action
• Assisting in handling customer complaint
• Assisting in group booking and sale of vouchers
• Familiar with breakdown/emergency procedures
• Undertake special assignment and project as required
   

Requirement:

• Degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the Customer Service or F&B
• Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
• Passionate in the entertainment industry.
• Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn
• Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
• Able to work in shift hours, late shifts up to 4am.
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays.
