Job Description - Training Coordination & Programme Support Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end training programmes, from registration to completion
  • Manage course placements, scheduling, and participant communications
  • Maintain training databases, dashboards, and records with accuracy
  • Support procurement of training services, including vendor coordination and documentation
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and audit-related matters
  • Develop and deliver communication materials and briefings for participants
  • Monitor training performance, KPIs, and prepare reports/analysis
  • Support outreach to training providers and facilitate new programme offerings
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Handle enquiries and provide administrative support for training operations
  • Ensure proper documentation and issuance of certificates where required

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in training coordination, programme administration, or operations support
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good attention to detail in data management and reporting
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and service providers
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and administrative procedures is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and handle operational responsibilities
  • Diploma and above

Duration/working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

  • Working hours: 8.15 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Thur), 8.15 am to 5.15 pm (Fri)
