Job Description - Training/Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end administration of training courses for Grassroots Leaders and PA staff
  • Coordinate with departments and stakeholders on venue booking, scheduling, logistics, and training materials
  • Track and compile training information including attendance and feedback
  • Support events, meetings, and special projects when required
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in training administration, events coordination, or similar roles preferred
  • Ability to collect, track, and organise data accurately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Duration/Working hours:

7 months contract (Immediate)

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
