Transport Scheduler (Drivers/Route Planning, Client Relationship)

Route Planning & Optimization:

• Develop and implement efficient delivery routes for B2B deliveries to customers.
• Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan routes, assign deliveries to drivers, and track progress.
• Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize transportation costs.

Delivery Management:

• Oversee daily B2B delivery operations, ensure all deliveries are completed on time and according to customer specifications.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Manage delivery exceptions or customer issues, ensure prompt resolution.

Driver Management:

• Provide guidance and support to drivers on delivery routes, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ensure drivers maintain proper documentation and complete deliveries accurately.
• Address driver concerns and performance issues.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations governing B2B deliveries.
• Conduct regular safety checks on vehicles and ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness among drivers.

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain a strong working relationship with our clients
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery schedules, any issues, and performance metrics.
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Performance Management:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B delivery operations, such as on-time delivery rates, route efficiency, and driver performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months & above experience
• Excellent planning, organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient use of MS Office - Word / Excel
• Able to work under tight delivery schedules 
• GCE N Level or Diploma graduate welcome to apply
