Transport Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• To plan, organize, facilitate day-to-day fleet delivery activities and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• To coordinate and communicate with internal departments to support daily delivery activities & achieve operational efficiency
• To conduct manpower resource planning for Logistics team to achieve optimal staff levels according to peak hours, days and seasonality
• To manage fleet inspection, maintenance, servicing & ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of fleet
• To monitor fleet’s status & whereabouts closely so as to ensure Logistics team meets performance requirements
• To resolve any delivery issues promptly
• To manage Logistics team HR issues, general team administration and ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures 
• To deal with all issues that arise from Logistics team
• To support in warehouse duties when required
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company/Superior from time to time

Requirements:

• At least a diploma or degree in any field.
• Effective people management and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Candidates who possess class 4 License will have an added advantage
