Transport Supervisor

As a Transport Supervisor, to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations, leading a team of drivers, and continuously optimizing our last-mile delivery process.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: You will supervise a team of delivery drivers, providing them with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals. 
• Operational Efficiency: You will plan, organize, and execute daily delivery schedules to ensure high productivity and meet set KPIs for on-time deliveries and accuracy.
• Proactive Problem Solving: You will be our eyes and ears on the ground, proactively identifying and resolving any delivery issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for managing and responding to driver and transporter feedback. 
• Continuous Improvement: You will be a key contributor to optimizing our last-mile delivery processes. This includes observing and providing feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement. 
• Collaboration: You will work closely with our network of transporters to ensure seamless delivery operations and maintain positive relationships. 

Job Requirements

• Min diploma’s in logistics, business or engineering related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an e-commerce or supervisory role within the logistics or delivery industry.
• A strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
• A valid driver's license is preferred

• Working hours: any 5 days work week including public holidays and weekends, rotating shifts (7.30am - 5:03pm, 10am - 7.33pm, 12.30pm - 9:33pm, 1.30pm - 10.33pm)
