Travel Consultant

Job Description

• Counter sales and tour leading (allowance will be given for most tour leading)
• Handle clients’ inquiries related to travel
• Conclude sales and make bookings in the system
• Follow up on tour confirmation, payment and documentation
• Possess good customer service skills and able to interact with people
• Required to operate computer and in-house system

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Experienced candidates will be preferred
• Friendly disposition, sales and service-oriented
• Relevant working experience in the service industry will be an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Shift work(including weekends and public holidays)
