Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and professional advice to each customer, ensuring their unique preferences and needs are met for an exceptional experience.
- Handle inquiries and sales transactions efficiently through various online platforms and email communications.
- Thoroughly explain trip details to customers, ensuring clear understanding and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Proactively follow up on sales leads to maximize conversion and success.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our cruise travel products and effectively communicate their value to potential customer.
- Strong business development skills, including both individual clients and corporate clients (other travel agency).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese languages.
- Strong interest in travel and a solid knowledge base of the travel industry,especially in cruise industry.
- A minimum of two years' experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sales within the cruise sector, is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to close sales and nurture strong customer relationships, providing dedicated after-sales support.
- Strong self-motivation.
