Treasury Executive (ID: 592339) - Exciting Challenge

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a broad range of treasury functions which include cash and loan management, handling relationship with banks and compliance, managing foreign exchange and interest rate hedging requirements.
• Assist in any financing or funding requirements.
• Track all fund requirements, prepare forecast cashflow and provide treasury support whenever required.
• Guide the preparation of management reports.
• Participate in process improvements and ad-hoc projects as and when required to.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in finance/treasury, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Independent, meticulous and able to work as a team. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
