Treasury Sales Corporate (FX & Treasury Solutions)

Job Purpose

Join our client, an Asian bank that is expanding, as part of their dynamic Treasury team in the Corporate Sales division. You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to engage and grow corporate customers with hedging and investment needs. Your goal will be to deepen client relationships, expand treasury product adoption, and deliver advisory and execution excellence in coordination with the trading teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with assigned corporate clients, providing tailored solutions in FX, interest rate derivatives , and investment products.
• Drive business growth by expanding the customer’s treasury product portfolio and wallet share.
• Deliver timely and insightful market updates, product information, and daily market recaps to clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve revenue targets through proactive client engagement and solution-oriented sales.
• Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and Operations to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
• Execute transactions accurately and promptly while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Stay current on all required trainings and regulatory updates relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 7–12 years of treasury sales experience, ideally with established corporate client relationships and proven client-facing capabilities.
• FX and treasury product expertise, including Spot, FX forwards, NDFs, and structured solutions.
• Licensed in FMRP, M1A/M1B, M5, and M6, or willing to obtain licenses within a given grace period.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to generate FX flows and provide practical solutions aligned to client needs.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of engaging at multiple levels with internal and external stakeholders.
