Treaty Claims Executive

Role Summary

An entry-level position supporting the claims team in managing reinsurance treaty claims, offering a unique opportunity to learn about treaty structures, claims processes, and reinsurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing loss bordereaux and claims submissions
• Enter claim data into internal systems
• Track open claims and follow up on outstanding information
• Maintain organized digital records of claims files
• Support team in preparing claims summaries and internal reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with brokers and cedents

Required Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline
• 0-2 years experience in (re)insurance, finance, or analytical roles
• Basic understanding of reinsurance or insurance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in treaty reinsurance
