UI/UX

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user behavior, and can translate business requirements into elegant design solutions that delight users and achieve product goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design concepts.

• Translate brand identity and design systems into cohesive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and analytics.

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a modern and accessible experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 25 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.

• Experience working on responsive and mobile-first designs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).

• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

• Knowledge of motion design or microinteractions.

• Prior experience in agile/scrum environments.
