Be your Clients’ Trusted Wealth Manager throughout each phase of their lives. You will be providing them with holistic advice and services that is elevated by the Bank’s extensive Business Support platform.

Responsibilities

• [Primary] Provide Personal Wealth Management services to the Bank's Retail/Personal Banking Clients
• Consult, Understand, and Anticipate your Clients' short- and long-term Personal Financial Goals
• Construct a customized Financial Plan which incorporates Bancassurance (Insurance) and Investment (Unit Trust, Bonds, Forex, Structured Products) elements
• Present and Sell the personalised Financial Plan or individual Financial Product to the Client
• Attend to any Customer Enquiries, Issues, Feedback and Complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Administer Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes when onboarding new Clients
• Ensure Strict Compliance with all Regulations and Controls set by the Bank and Regulatory Authorities

Additional Information

• Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 Basic (Basic Salary will be commensurate with relevant Financial Sales experience) + Quarterly Commissions (based on individual Sales performance) + Overseas Incentive Trips + Quarterly Awards
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Requirements

• SINGAPOREANS ONLY
• Minimum age of 21 years and above (as per local regulatory requirements)
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Complete prerequisite CMFAS modules before commencement
  • ONE attempt per module eligible for reimbursement
• Must be flexible and able to commit additional work hours to meet clients when necessary
