Unsecured Loans Management Specialist SG

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning

• Responsible for driving unsecured loans acquisition via digital platforms and enhancing product proposition as well as pricing to manage the product P&L

• Conceptualize, plan & implement campaigns above and below the line that promote growth of the unsecured loan portfolio

• Responsible for managing the product end-to-end life cycle including loan application to approval, portfolio management and cross-sell/retention via various channels and touchpoints

Partnership 

• Manage partnerships for digital lending products, including Cash loan, BNPL

• Devise commercials, working model, sector product offering for BNPL merchants or Cash loan partners 

• Identify opportunity and sectors suitable for BNPL and Cash loan product partnership and collaboration

Business Performance and Management

• Monitor local competition to ensure product competitiveness and areas of opportunities

• Actively look out ways to innovate and improve process proposition and processes

• Implement new revenue and balance growth initiatives including system and process change digitally 

• Good understanding in product and marketing concepts including marketing collaterals and disclosures 

• Identify segments of customers to formulate strategies to roll out new marketing campaigns and to optimise existing and new channels of distribution

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to drive business growth across various channels and touchpoints, while ensuring all above and below the line communications are in compliance with legal, regulatory and other Bank guidelines

• Ensure back office readiness in terms of systems, processes, procedures and training requirements prior to product launch

People Management

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure smooth execution of deliverables

   

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensuring all product offers are aligned with regulatory requirements
