Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional with a knack for numbers? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Manage booking inquiries and appointments efficiently and accurately
Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and being prompt in their payment
Manage the mailbox and ensure timely follow up on any booking requests received
Attend to users’ feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints
Administration and consolidated data entry for interim online system solution
Assessment participant administration and stakeholder coordination

Requirements:

Minimum O or A Levels qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
Meticulous with good communication skills
2 years experience in the respective field
ONLY SINGAPOREANS MAY APPLY

Salary:
$2600 - Executive
$3000 - Senior Executive
Based on qualification and experience

Others:

Location: Stadium MRT
Attire: Flexible working attire + Flexi working arrangements!
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays - 9am to 6.30pm
Contract duration: 12 months
