📝Quality Check Officer 📝

📝Hiring Quality Checks Agent for well known e-commerce company! 📝

$2000 basic salary
UP $200 KPI Incentive
$600 Completion Bonus

📝Locations: Joo Koon

Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks for return-and-refund parcels
Resolve seller/buyer disputes
Take charge of reverse logistics methods for returned parcels based on parcel types
Ensure accurate mediation with regards to refunds

Requirements:

6 Months minimum commitment
Must be able to commit at least 5 days a week (4 weekdays + 1 Saturday) scheduled by the manager
Must be able to commit to 730am to 430pm ( 8 hours shift with 1 hour break)
