UP TO $2500 | Temp Patient Service Associate | Multiple Locations

Location: Bedok, Marine Parade, Outram, Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Tampines

Salary: Up to $2500

Working Hours 5.5 days work week 


Job Responsibilities:

• Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
• Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
• Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Represent SingHealth Polyclinics as a front line support staff
   

Job Requirements:

• NITEC and above, hospitality or frontline customer service experience will be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Able to stand for long hours
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
