 Job Details:

• Preparation of all items to set up the kitchen for success
• Receives product and ensures its quality, proper storage, and labeling
• Keep equipment, utensils, tools and Back of House clean, organized and sanitized throughout
• Assist in managing the lines and surrounding cleanliness
• General cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Ensuring smooth daily operations
• Assist in inventory management
