Job Description :

• Answer incoming calls when required and needed
• Have a resilient, determined and fastidious attitude when answering calls
• Handle government hotlines patiently and meticulously
• Able to work in an independent yet self motivated environment
• Maintain a top-notch customer service when calling
• Return calls or emails on any cases which require follow-ups
• Other ad hoc duties

Job Description :

• Monday - Friday (Office Hours 8.30am - 6pm)
• Only Alternate Saturdays Commitment (8am - 1pm)

• Convenient work location @ Yio Chu Kang
