Up to $3,400 | Sports Logistics cum Operations Executive

Working Period: 

• 12 Months Contract 
• Monday - Friday 
• 9am - 6.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project/Programme Support 

• Provide support with the procurement, coordination of vendors, and liaison with stakeholders

• Monitoring/supervision of programme delivery, feedback, and compliance checks

• Stakeholder management for all programmes/projects 

Active Health Operations Support 

• Back-end administration of programme delivery (data collection, cleaning, and uploading to online folders, preparticipation screening, app downloads, 1-to-1 support for participants when required).  

• Engagement activities in and out of lab

• Observation of staff training, and all training associated administration.

• Governance of lab policies /SOPs (E.g. Assets, Knowledge Management)

Requirements:

• min Diploma in Sports Science or Health related areas

• Passionate in Community Health, Sports and/or Exercise

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Good Verbal and Communication skills

Salary: 

• $3,000 - $3,400
