Overview

As an urban farmer, you will be involved in planting, production, and housekeeping tasks in a clean and air-conditioned environment. You will be working closely in teams with other urban farmers to ensure smooth operations of the farm. You report directly to the farm manager. 

Responsibilities

• Perform planting processes such as seeding, transplanting, and harvesting
• Housekeeping activities to keep the farm dry, clean, and neat
• Adhere to work standards and practices
• Vegetable processing and packing
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Eager to contribute to Singapore’s growing urban farming landscape
• Driven individual and a good team player
• Willing to work 8 hrs, 5.5 days a week
• Physically fit, able to stand for long hours and performing lifting, bending, and pulling actions
