Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and implement strategic business development plans and campaign to achieve sales targets and grow the CCTV customer base.
• Cultivate, manage, and build strong relationships with clients including SMEs, enterprises, SIs (System Integrators) to drive sales of  CCTV products and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and secure new partnerships to expand the distribution network of CCTV sector.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and potential gaps and refine business strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to align efforts and deliver value to prospective clients.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in IT industry preferably in networking products will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, and achieving measurable sales results.
• Possess an existing database of relevant end customers or decision-makers (priority in CCTV or security industry).
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, surveillance technologies, security systems, and solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and good coordination skills.
