*Urgent* Digital Ambassadors (East / Min 3mths / Entry level) #HLWJ

Job Responsibilities: 

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in-store, representing the company’s brand and values.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist/Guide customers to create ID, download app and maneuver the app
   

Requirements: 

• Min O / A Levels / Diploma
• At least 17yo and above
• Excellent verbal communication skills to explain products, services, and promotions.
• Ability to handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• No prior experience required; OJT will be provided.

*Hours: 11-8pm/12-9pm , any 5 days in the week (including weekend and PH)
