- Assist in recruitment efforts
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in performance management processes
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business or related fields or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience in HR field
- Able to start immediate or within short notice period
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations

- Provide HR support to employees and managers on HR-related queries
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience working in HR field in a pharma MNC
- Knowledge of HR practices, regulations, and procedures
- Able to start immediate or within short notice
