Urgent: Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Office Renovation)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and budgets for commercial renovation projects.
• Analyze and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and provide cost analyses.
• Advise clients on cost-saving solutions, alternative materials, and value engineering options.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and make recommendations for award.
• Ensure all works comply with regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support project delivery by coordinating closely with design, procurement, and site teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 1 years of relevant experience in commercial office renovation project.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and costing software.
