Urgent!! Senior Finance Exec (interest rate swap/Up to 5K+bonus/Shenton) VL26

• Familiar with Interest rate swap
• Daily Cash management of the SPVs
• Preparation & Review of Annual Budget
• Periodical reporting to Shareholders
• Cash Flow management and forecast
• Actual vs Budget analysis
• Creating Finance model
• Responsible for management of the loans from Banks (project finance)/Shareholders
• Dealing with Bank / Lenders.
• To ensure all necessary payments such as Opex, Management fee and Loan repayments are made in a timely manner
• Contractual requirement managements (TCP, Facility agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Management Agreement etc)
• Invoicing
• Correspondence with other stakeholders
• Company secretary matters (Resolutions, registrations and maintenance of corporate documents etc.)
• Preparing for Shareholders meeting
• Flag country matter
• Review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Economics, Law, Account or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a minimum 3 years working experience in Commercial, SPC (Special Purpose company) management, accounting and/or financing.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with positive working attitude
• Meticulous and Good time management skills
• Proficient in use of MS office applications
• Able to work independently
• Experience in shipping industry is beneficial
• Experience in management of project finance is beneficial.
