Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Engineer to design and develop functional, visually appealing, and user-centric digital interfaces. The role requires experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, alongside conducting usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop design artifacts such as screen-level wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes to establish and enhance user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to align design solutions with business objectives and technical requirements.
Present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders, gathering and incorporating feedback for iterative improvements.
Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions, analyzing results, and making adjustments to optimize user experience.
Advocate for the user experience and employ best practices in UI/UX design throughout the development process.

Requirements:

Experience Level: Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, agile environment.
