UX Designer (FIGMA Expert)

About Us

At ArcadeXR, we build online and remote-play arcade experiences for a global audience.

We’re looking for someone who is exceptionally good at Figma and knows how to turn wireframes and concepts into clean, buildable designs that engineers can ship.

We need someone who can:

• Take concepts, rough layouts, screenshots, or messy PSDs


• Turn them into clear, complete Figma files


• Think through flows, states, edge cases, and responsiveness


• And make life dramatically easier for our front-end team

What you’ll actually do

• Build and maintain product designs entirely in Figma


• Translate rough concepts into structured flows, components, and screens


• Define spacing, sizing, typography, variants, states, and interactions


• Ensure designs work as a holistic system


• Produce files that developers can implement without guessing


• Iterate quickly as product and priorities evolve

What we care about

• You are very strong in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, styles)


• You think in flows and systems, not just screens


• You understand how designs get built in HTML/CSS/React (you don’t need to code)


• You are practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with iteration


• You don’t need perfect specs - you ask questions and propose solutions

What we don’t really care about

• Long portfolios with case studies written like essays

Bonus points (not required)

• Experience designing for games, marketplaces, or consumer products


• Experience working closely with engineers
