• Work with your manager in meeting sales target
• Take lead in execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients
• Able to do indicatives, inspections, data searching and/or derivative valuation
• To be involved in business development and other initiative work that may be required  
• Undertake portfolio work and non-standard/ specialized valuations (where required)
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director/ Deputy Director
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
• Cross-sell other teams’ capabilities when the opportunity arises
• Undertake signing of reports, managing juniors and handle all related issues/ matters 
• Provide guidance and coordinate junior team members in their task distribution (where required). 
• Provide guidance and manage interns (if required) and handle all operational related issues/ matters

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Degree in real estate or equivalent
• Member of SISV and an licensed appraiser
• Undertake signing of reports, managing juniors and handle all related issues/ matters 
• Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
• Meticulous and numerically competent
