VAN DRIVER

1. Pick up, load and unload parcels, documents and goods safely from the warehouse and designated locations daily.

2. Deliver all assigned shipments to customers accurately and punctually according to the delivery route and schedule.

3. Check parcels carefully before delivery to ensure no missing items, damaged goods or wrong addresses.

4. Maintain daily vehicle inspection, including checking engine, tires, brakes and fuel, to ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.

5. Complete delivery records, obtain customer signatures, and update delivery status in the system on time.

6. Communicate politely with customers, answer simple delivery enquiries, and handle minor delivery issues properly.

7. Comply with all traffic rules and company regulations, ensure safe driving and complete daily delivery tasks efficiently.
