Job Description

The KYC Competence Centre provides subject matter expertise and governance oversight across the end-to-end First Line KYC framework throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, customer due diligence, ongoing review and monitoring

As a key risk partner to the Front Office and operations teams, the function supports the consistent application of risk-appropriate KYC standards, enabling efficient client onboarding and lifecycle management while maintaining strong financial crime risk controls.

The team works closely with Business, Group Compliance and Operations to ensure that KYC requirements are applied in a proportionate, judgement-based and commercially pragmatic manner, aligned with regulatory expectations and the Bank's risk appetite.
