Job Description - Vice President, Digital Service Delivery Specialist, Consumer Banking

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver regional Wealth Digital Banking initiatives across multiple markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and China), ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client experience standards.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution by partnering with regional and country stakeholders across Wealth platform, business, product, design, technology, and operations.
  • Translate Wealth business needs into high-quality business requirements and user stories that support digital wealth journeys and product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define intuitive customer journeys, process flows, and digital interfaces for wealth clients.
  • Review and validate functional specifications with technology teams to ensure solutions meet business intent, scalability, and quality expectations.
  • Lead Agile delivery activities including backlog management, prioritization, development tracking, and dependency management.
  • Define and oversee comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution across manual and automated testing cycles
  • Manage and guide testing resources to ensure timely, end-to-end testing coverage and production readiness.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and operational roll-out of Wealth digital services, including live business verification and post-implementation support.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and business acumen, actively adopting AI and digital innovations to uplift Wealth digital delivery standards and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Consumer Banking / Digital Banking with track record of leading and managing a team, as well as collaboration across multi-function stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in performing the role of a product owner in driving digital capabilities implementations.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management and proficient in using product management tools (eg Jira, Confluence). Have good experience in managing agile projects end-to-end and participated in different milestones within a project lifecycle such as business requirements development, test management and execution, implementation, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and creative skills.
  • Experience in customer immersions, journey mapping and design.
  • Have a good IT/Digital background and understanding of various technologies and processes
  • Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive working attitude and an avid team player
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and commitment
  • Able to work well and effectively with different stakeholders, e.g. product teams, operation teams, technology teams, partners/merchants
  • Meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail
  • Self-starter with good business acumen, independent and able to rise up to challenges and manage stringent delivery timelines
