Vice President/ Director Investment (SEA)

A European financial institution based in Asia focuses exclusively on institutional, mortgage‑backed commercial real estate financing. The organization maintains a hands‑on, asset‑focused approach and is expanding its structured real estate financing footprint across key Southeast Asian growth markets.

This role supports the expansion of a regional structured real estate financing platform across emerging South East Asia market.

Responsibilities include:

• Originating and structuring financing in real estate
• Strong originator with good contacts in real estate space.
• Hands on in conducting asset and cash‑flow analysis, preparing term sheets, coordinating credit applications, managing documentation, and monitoring ongoing transactions.

To succeed in this role, you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:

• 10+- 15 years of experience in real estate financing, structured lending, banking, private credit, private equity real estate, or real estate funds.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute commercial real estate financing transactions independently.
• Strong technical capability in property analysis, cash‑flow modelling, credit assessment, and due diligence.
• Exposure to Southeast Asian markets.
