Vice President / Director Private Banking (HNW/UHNW)

We’re looking to connect with high-calibre bankers who have built their careers around trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients and know how to turn those relationships into sustained revenue growth.

If you’ve established yourself within Private Banking, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management , and have a proven ability to originate, manage, and scale AUM , this platform is designed to help you take that to the next level. The ideal profile is someone with a portable or semi-portable client book , backed by deep client trust and consistent performance.

You likely have a strong footprint across North Asia, Greater China, or Southeast Asia corridors , and are comfortable advising clients across multi-asset strategies — from traditional investments to more sophisticated, bespoke solutions.

Beyond technical capability, this role suits individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset — those who think like business builders, are commercially driven, and want greater ownership of their client relationships and revenue outcomes.

Operating out of Singapore, you’ll also be well-versed in working within a robust regulatory environment , with a solid understanding of MAS expectations and governance standards.

1. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients , delivering holistic wealth management solutions
2. Leverage existing client relationships to transfer and onboard AUM into the platform
3. Provide advisory across investment products including discretionary portfolios, structured products, alternatives, credit, and capital markets solutions
4. Work closely with internal product specialists to deliver tailored investment strategies
5. Actively identify new business opportunities through referrals, networks, and market intelligence
6. Maintain strong risk, compliance, and regulatory adherence aligned with Singapore standards
