Vice President - Loans Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end loan lifecycle operations across syndicated and bilateral loans, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Validate loan documentation (LMA/APLMA) and ensure correct deal setup and risk capture in Loan IQ
• Act as the primary operations contact for Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external counterparties
• Maintain strong operational controls to meet regulatory, audit, and internal policy requirements
• Identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues; perform root cause analysis and implement control improvements
• Support new deal origination and product launches by ensuring operational readiness and governance
• Oversee portfolio activity and capacity to support business growth
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitization initiatives
• Lead, develop, and priorities team deliverables under tight timelines

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Loans / Private Credit Operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Loan IQ
• In-depth knowledge of syndicated loans, bilateral lending, and agency servicing Proven experience reviewing LMA/APLMA loan documentation Strong understanding of front-to-back trade flows, Risk and P&L
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to challenge and escalate effectively Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills
• High attention to detail with strong numerical ability
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and resolve exceptions
