We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President - Loans Syndication 

In this role you will:

• Run the syndication process end-to-end for Leveraged, Acquisition & Syndicated Finance (LAF) transactions (primary focus: distribution strategy, execution, and investor management).


• Protect and optimize returns (pricing, fees, Original Issue Discount (OID), flex, allocations) while maintaining strong issuer and investor relationships.


• Drive internal coordination across Coverage, Origination, Credit/Risk, Legal, Operations, and Finance.


• Maintain active dialogue with banks / institutional investors (depending on product: leveraged loans, Term Loan B(TLBs), bridge facilities, etc.).


• Provide market updates to internal teams and clients: comparable transactions, demand signals, pricing levels, documentation trends.


• Track investor behavior and appetite to improve execution certainty and reduce underwriting risk.


• Work with Legal and agency teams on commitment papers, syndication letters, Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA )language, and execution mechanics.


• Ensure controls are followed on wall-crossing, inside information handling, conflicts, and communications.


• Coordinate with Ops/Agency to ensure closing deliverables and settlement steps are ready.


• Work closely with senior bankers and experts from other groups of the bank


• Conduct sophisticated financial analysis and relevant industry research


• Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news

To be successful you will need:

• Strong relevant experience in an investment bank, private equity ,investment fund or financial institutions.


• Strong knowledge of leveraged finance markets and syndication dynamics


• Strong quantitative and technical skills.


• Strong financial analysis and MS Excel modelling skills with great attention to details.


• Advanced oral and written communication skills.


• Ability to balance issuer needs vs investor demand vs bank risk/return.


• Excellent stakeholder management and confident client/investor communication.


• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team.


• Mandarin speaker to facilitate business and conversations with Chinese Clients.
