Job Description - Vice President of Sales - Vyvo SocialFi

About Vyvo SocialFi: Vyvo SocialFi is a leading innovator in the blockchain and wearable technology space, dedicated to enhancing personal health management through secure and incentivized data sharing. We are expanding our operations across Asia and are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as the Vice President of Sales.

Job Summary: As the Vice President of Sales based in our Singapore office, you will be instrumental in driving our sales strategies and initiatives across the Asian markets. This role requires a dynamic and highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, network marketing, and direct sales. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Market Expansion and the VP of International Marketing to develop and implement effective sales tools and training programs that are tailored to the needs of the Asian community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance the sales operations within the Asian markets.
  • Train and mentor the VP of Market Expansion in utilizing sales tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with the VP of International Marketing to develop sales tools and strategies that meet the specific needs of the Asian community.
  • Deliver powerful presentations and training sessions to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Design and manage compensation plans that motivate and encourage peak performance.
  • Drive the adoption of blockchain and AI technologies within our sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Explore and identify new market opportunities within Asia to expand Vyvo SocialFi’s footprint.

Qualifications:

  •  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal communication.
  • Proven track record in sales, network marketing, and direct sales with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in opening up and building new markets, as well as enhancing existing ones.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with VPs of Market Expansion to increase sales effectively.
  • Strong understanding of compensation mechanisms in sales.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and expanding markets in Asia.
  • Must be based in our Singapore office.
