Vice President Product Innovation Life & Health

This role will lead the development and execution of protection-focused product and proposition strategies across life, medical, and health insurance portfolios. The successful candidate will drive innovative, customer-led solutions that align with the company’s strategic priorities, consumer segment needs, and financial objectives.

This role will also serve as a key regional conduit for products and propositions knowledge-sharing, translating Group strategy, customer insights, market trends, and regional learnings into differentiated and impactful customer propositions for the Singapore business.

Job Description

1. Drive product innovation and proposition strategies focused on protection solutions.
2. Lead the development and launch of customer-centric life, medical, and health insurance products.
3. Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams including actuarial, underwriting, operations, marketing, and distribution to ensure successful product delivery.
5. Develop compelling customer value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
6. Leverage customer insights and market trends to enhance customer engagement and product relevance.
7. Serve as a subject matter expert on protection products and regional proposition strategies.
8. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing propositions team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
