Job Responsibilities Job Overview As a Vice President, Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with non-Japanese corporates especially State-owned enterprises (SOEs) and top-tier Vietnamese enterprises to achieve revenue targets. You will oversee credit assessment/monitoring and coordinate transactions with Mizuho's Asia and global network.
Key Responsibilities
Promote non-Japanese corporate business focusing on SOEs and top-tier Vietnamese enterprises, in order to contribute development of Vietnam and to achieve department revenue targets.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships.
Prepare credit proposals and renewals while ensuring compliance with risk acceptance criteria.
Monitor credit risk of outstanding exposures and make timely adjustments to credit ratings.
Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities to enhance business returns.
Perform necessarily Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance checks.
Develop relationships with Mizuho's global networks, especially in Asia Pacific.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 5-year experience in a similar position managing customer relationship with SOEs.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent skills in credit risk analysis.
A collaborative team player who pairs creative problem-solving with patience and a relentless focus on results.
Fluent in both spoken & written English and Vietnamese.
