Villa Host / Housekeeping Ambassador - Dynamic Team

Job Role 

Join our team as a Villa Host, where you'll immerse yourself in the art of hospitality. We are looking for an individual who are tactful, diplomatic, discreet and has the heart to serve.

Responsibilities:

• Meet guest when they arrive and getting them settled in the suite/villa
• Have an understanding and anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes etc
• Communicate with room attendant and work together with them to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests
• Perform night turndown with room attendant and ensure guests’ rooms are clean and tidy when necessary
• Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
• Coordinate different services within the resort for the guests, i.e. food order, transportation etc
• Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and possess a pleasant demeanor
• Embrace safety and hygiene
• Propose and organize activities for guests for special occasions
• Keep up to date on all hotel policies 

Requirements and Skills 

• Relevant experience or similar role in the hospitality industry for at least 2 years
• Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Strong multi tasking skills
• Good organization skills
• Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Knowledge of food and beverage will be an advantage
