About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vitality Program, Specialist. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for supporting new Vitality program initiatives, ideas and enhancement, ensuring the program continues to offer attractive health and wellness propositions to our Vitality members. Additionally, the incumbent will support the program operation within targeted budget and financially sustainable, including but not limited to reviewing Vitality insurance benefits and integration methods to attract more new customers and product purchase.

As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our wellness proposition, ensuring that AIA Vitality remains at the forefront of industry advancements.

• Creative Program Development: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine and elevate the Vitality Program, making wellness engaging and accessible for all.
• Strategic Impact: Evaluate new program enhancements for financial feasibility and alignment with group guidelines, ensuring every initiative is both bold and sustainable.
• Dynamic Implementation: Lead the charge in bringing innovative changes to life, from operational readiness to financial assessment, working closely across departments.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead by tracking emerging wellness technologies, health programs, and competitor activities, positioning AIA as an industry trendsetter.
• Integrated Product Innovation: Partner with the Insurance Product team to brainstorm and implement integrated product ideas that drive customer value and engagement.
• Support for Health Initiatives: Be at the heart of advancing local and group health and wellness projects, contributing to meaningful change within the community.

Projects & Others

• Annual Budgeting: Contribute to the financial planning process, helping shape the direction of wellness programs with smart budgeting and resource allocation.
• Insightful Reporting: Prepare regular financial and management reports that inform decision-making and showcase program successes.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all initiatives meet risk and compliance standards, maintaining AIA's commitment to integrity and excellence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree holder, preferably in business or/and finance related.
  
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in program management and finance. An actuarial experience would be an added advantage.
  
• Good understanding or prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry will be an added advantage.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft offices with strong analytical skills and a personal interest in health & wellness.
  
• Self-driven, good team player and proactive with excellent project/program management skills, strong relationship management and attention to details.
  
• Obsess about customers, constantly listen, engage, and act for their benefit.
  
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
