VP - BA / PM (Corporate Solutions / Banking)

A leading bank, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and deliver initiatives across Corporate Systems, including HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing platforms. This role sits within a high‑visibility technology function and requires strong domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end delivery capability within a regulated banking environment.

You will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive digital transformation, systems implementation, and system enhancements across corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution design, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Manage project planning, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
3. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of corporate system initiatives across HR, Corporate Communications, and Marketing domains.
4. Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management, and production rollout.
5. Partner with HR, Communications, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of solutions.
6. Conduct process reviews, gap analysis, and optimisation to improve efficiency and user experience.
7. Provide leadership, guidance, and communication to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management within the banking industry.
2. Proven experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) or Workflow or Corporate Communications platforms, or Marketing applications.
3. Strong understanding of corporate processes such as HR operations, employee engagement, internal communications, or marketing workflows.
4. Solid experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, solution design, and stakeholder management.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
8. Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross‑functional technology teams.
9. Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, regulated banking environment.
