Are you a seasoned Private Banking risk professional with a passion for risk and control excellence? Join our client, a leading bank, and play a critical role in partnering with the Front Office to strengthen governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks across the region.

• Serve as the first line of defence and subject-matter expert, managing and enhancing regulatory solutions across key areas, including Investment Suitability, Investor Protection, Pricing, and Cross-Border.
• Drive and embed robust risk, control and governance frameworks across Asia.
• Lead and support regulatory change initiatives, as well as the launch of new services and products.
• Champion Front Office initiatives to enhance operational efficiency while mitigating business risk.
• Design and deliver Front Office training programs that foster strong risk awareness across BAU activities.
• Manage regulatory interactions, audits and reviews with regulators, while providing advisory support to Front Office.

• 10+ years’ experience in Private Banking with strong risk management expertise.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and front office controls.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, as the role involves engagement with the Chinese markets.
• A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
