VP, Card Product Management

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a VP, Card Product Management.

Princ ipal Accountabilities

In this role you will:

• Formulate and execute product strategy to maximise profitable revenue streams.
• Lead business initiatives to drive measurable results and growth.
• Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for card products.
• Define, analyse, and optimise customer segments and portfolio performance.
• Ensure adherence to marketing processes and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with delivery and support teams to enable seamless product launches.
• Develop and manage effective marketing communications for stakeholders.
• Foster a proactive, collaborative team environment and ensure operational readiness.

To be successful you will need:

• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• In-depth understanding of card products, banking operations, and related systems.
• Proven experience in product management within financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
