VP Credit Portfolio Management

A major international bank with a well-established wholesale banking presence in Asia is seeking a Vice President to join its Credit Portfolio Management team in Singapore. The role sits within a senior credit function covering leveraged and acquisition finance as its core mandate, with additional exposure to structured and specialty credit.

The successful candidate will prepare credit applications and risk assessments across the portfolio, distilling complex deal structures into clear, well-supported approval submissions. Responsibilities also include managing timely credit approvals, coordinating with deal and credit teams, and upholding internal controls and regulatory reporting obligations.

Candidates should bring 7 to 10 years of credit risk and portfolio management experience, with a strong track record in leveraged and acquisition finance. Advanced financial modelling capability, sharp quantitative skills, and a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and credit decision-makers are required. Up to SGD 190,000 per annum.
