VP Digital Enablement

The Role:

Our site in [Singapore] is seeking a [VP Digital Enablement] to join our team. This position is a senior leader responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain modernization, digital innovation, and operational excellence across the organization. This role leads cross-functional transformation programs, oversees digital product deployment, and ensures that advanced technologies (AI, automation, analytics, cloud platforms, digital twins) are embedded into supply chain operations to improve resilience, efficiency, and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

·      Align digital supply chain strategies with business transformation goals.

·      Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital platforms.

·      Support multi-region programs such as AI forecasting, digital twin modelling, automation, and real-time supply chain visibility.

·      Drive continuous improvement and process redesign to enhance resilience, cost, and service KPIs.

·      Govern digital platforms, data architecture, and analytics standards.

·      End-to-End Value Delivery (DEFINE → BUILD →ADOPT → VALUE)

·      Manage cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and technology partners.

·      Ensure success metrics, ROI across all initiatives.

·      Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.

·      Provide training and mentorship to supply chain teams on digital tools and best practices.

·      Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning

What We Seek:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

·      10+ years in global supply chain with digital /operations leadership.

·      Ability to travel up to 25%

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

·      Strong experience with ERP transformations, planning tools, cloud analytics, RPA, and digital workflow systems.

·      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

·      Ability to drive results in across-functional, dynamic and fast paced environment that requires managing multiple priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
