Permanent headcount, based in Singapore or Hong Kong
Candidates must have relevant financial sponsors, fund finance or PE financing experience
VP or Director, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end deal execution: origination, structuring, credit execution and ongoing management of a portfolio of fund finance facilities for private equity funds in Asia Pacific
Analyze, structure, and perform due diligence on transactions that vary in complexity
Portfolio management of the existing fund finance facilities across Asia Pacific; complete periodical customer reviews, assist with ad-hoc requests from the client and the refinancing and extension of the facilities
Manage existing client relationships and contributing to cross sell activities
Lead & develop new client pipelines
Establish and maintain an effective network of internal and external contacts across private equity funds
Develop recommendations for the appropriate course of action, prepare and present credit submissions, liaise with external legal counsel on documentation
Prepare and compile various reports for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Profile of ideal candidate:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
8-10 years of relevant work experience in banking/fund finance/private equity funds
Strong credit, structuring, and execution skills
Strong exposure to Fund Finance products - subscription facilities, GP facilities, hybrid and NAVs
Self-motivated, results-focused team player with strong learning ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous fund finance / financial sponsors / PE Financing experience preferred
